What’s been weighing on your heart lately or simply been stressing you out!? Life changes, grief, relationships, friendship, or the everyday stresses of simply being human? Whatever it is, you are not alone. Let’s explore it together through creativity AND FUN.

✨ You’re invited to a reflective and expressive art experience where YOU choose your focus.

We begin with a supported but self-guided stress inventory tailored to your life’s current themes.

Then, we move into a creative process using paint and mixed media on canvas to explore, express, and transform those feelings.

What to Expect:

Choose from several insightful stress inventories

Reflect and discuss in a supportive space if you wish to share

Create 2 small, unique artworks that capture your emotional journey

Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more in tune with yourself and with your art!

No prior art experience is required; just come as you are.
